Refund Policy

At RussellSports, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all participants. We understand that circumstances may arise necessitating the cancellation of your registration, and we strive to be transparent and fair in our refund policy. Please carefully read the following refund policy:

Refund Eligibility:

• • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to francis.russellsports@gmail.com

  • Refund requests received 30 days or more before the start of the camp/session will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Refund requests received between 30 days and 10 days before the start of the camp will be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 50% administrative fee.

  • Refund requests received 10 days or less before the start of the camp will not be eligible for a refund.

Camp Cancellation:

• • In the unlikely event that RussellSports cancels a camp or session, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fees. RussellSports will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the participant.

Medical Reasons:

• • Participants unable to attend the camp due to medical reasons may be eligible for a refund with appropriate documentation from a licensed healthcare professional. The refund will be subject to an administrative fee.

Transfers:

• • Participants may request the transfer of their registration to another camp session, subject to availability. Transfers must be requested in writing and are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

Unnotified Absence:

• • Participants who fail to attend the camp without notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing:

• • Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving a written refund request. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • RussellSports reserves the right to review and make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exception or modification to this policy will be communicated to participants in writing.

By registering for a RussellSports camp/session, participants acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted the terms of this refund policy.
